MONDAINE WATCH PRESS LAUNCH DINNER
This was an interactive and entertaining pre-dinner talk to key fashion, style, jewellery & watch journalists to announce a new range of Mondaine watches. They are known for their iconic watches designed in the style of the classic Swiss railway station watch, and their recent Helvetica range was designed in collaboration with legendary type designer Erik Spiekermann.
Sarah Hyndman gives insights into the 'secret' messages hidden in visual communication in a participatory and entertaining way. She invites the audience to take part in fun games and demonstrations that expose the magical power of fonts: how they 'whisper' to you and influence your choices, how they turn words into stories, and just how much they reveal about you.
Talks are fun and no prior knowledge of (or interest in) fonts is necessary. They are delivered with originality, humour, a dash of theatre and lashings of audience participation.
