The Type Taster
The Type Taster was self-published in 2015 as a limited edition of 2,000 copies. It came with 3D 'font goggles' and a choice of five different covers, each of which linked to a tongue-in-cheek personality analysis based on the typeface choice. Two thirds of the books were sold within six months of the publication date, it was a mammoth task to package these up and post them out around the world.
Thank you to everybody who purchased a copy! Thanks to you the book was then picked up by Penguin/Random House and renamed Why Fonts Matter.
